IMPLANT AND CROWNS

The patient was very dissatisfied with her aging crowns and wanted a new look. Upon removing the old crowns the right lateral incisor was found to have a root fracture that was non-repairable and had to be extracted. An implant was placed and an implant crown was attached to the implant fixture. The remaining six front teeth were restored with all ceramic crowns and porcelain to gold crowns. The patient could not believe the implant restoration and crowns could be done in such a seamless, non-detectable fashion.
